We were flying with TUI Fly Deluxe and decided to book this service as extra to have a smooth and quick airport experience. At arrival with the taxi there was no one waiting for us, while the TUI operator ensured us that there would be someone. Then lots of confusion on whether we had to queue for check-in or we were entitled to skip the queue, the TUI employee disappeared after check-in and we had to chase him through the airport, fast lane was another mess. Positive was the very clean lounge

The calm atmosphere however we are gluten intolerant and there was no food and the staff were not bothered that we could not eat anything at all
