Everything was perfect 🤩 very busy at end of night and getting coach back. Please make people aware that the coach will go if your not back by stated time as the coaches have a slot to pull in a pick up the people!!!!!

We were picked up very promptly & the bus driver clearly has our names on his list. Pleasant & comfy drive there of 45 minutes. Drop off point very central & same pick up point later in evening & given a specific bus No. Very busy on return & this time no taking of names & a tight window to get on to bus before it needs to leave!

The town itself is beautiful. However communication was severely lacking. At first, our pick up time changed from 15.30 to 15.10, which wasn't a massive issue. Out ticket said collection at 22.00. The tour guide on the bus then said 21.00. The driver said 21.50. Because I the confusion I reached out to Tui on the app who informed me 21.45. Theb we were enjoying a drink and a chat at a local bar when a passenger came to tell us the coach was leaving. It was 21.05. We wasted time and money.
