For a day spent discovering the hidden treasures of the Aegean Sea, you can't beat this cruise. Spend time in the picturesque harbour town of Vathi, grab lunch in a traditional taverna and then cast off for an afternoon at the Blue Lagoon, with bright, turquoise waters ideal for swimming in.

Picked up from your hotel and taken to Kos port, you'll board the boat ready for a day at sea. Sail towards Kalymnos island where you'll stop off in the quaint harbour and village of Vathi. Take some time to stroll the seafront, before setting off to Pserimos island. Along the way, you'll have the chance to admire the picture-postcard views of Plati's coast. And once in Pserimos, you'll head to a local taverna for lunch.

Then, it's time for the main attraction – the Blue Lagoon of Pserimos. Clear, shimmering and warm waters that are a palette of blues practically beg you to jump in – and you can. Choose to cool off with a swim or stay on board to catch a few rays before taking the leisurely cruise back towards Kos.

Nice islands, good range of locations, blue lagoon was lovely and jumping in the sea. More commentary on the boat would have been useful to understand local history.

Our Tui Rep Hannah at Porto Bello Beach assisted us in booking this trip. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group. We had been looking for a boat trip suitable for my daughter with reduced mobility who uses a manual wheelchair for distance. Hannah was very helpful and phoned to check that this trip would be suitable. Our guide Doris and the crew on the day were all lovely and very helpful. I did expect a safety briefing at the start in case of an emergency but there wasn’t one.

The first stop was a beautiful village and could have done with longer there because by the time we disembarked and listened to the sponge man we only had about 35 minutes to get a drink and have a wander around. Lunch at the second stop was lovely but thought there would have been a dessert/fruit included.

Overall the heat was horrendous and the only bit of shade was where the captain was and inside the back of the boat we were fryed alive.left on the islands with nothing to do for too long

The itinerary was fantastic the boat was nice not too packed however the playlist music was in my opinion totally unsuitable for a family trip that includes young children. Uncensored Eminem using The F word regularly and Mother F**er and other rap songs including the N word. Not what I expect on a boat flying the TUI flag. The coach return was mixed up with last minute changes and Martha was not very helpful as she didn't know what was going on.
