Pat Ranch & Beach Horse Riding Experience

For experienced riders this was good for inexperienced riders they did not help or keep control of the horses and big buses were going passed. They only rode for an hour and paid for 2

I enjoyed the experience but the thing I didn’t enjoy was seeing them underweight horses You all need to do better taking care of your horses They deserve better TERRY MAIL LADY❤️ MISSISSIPPI

The driver who picked us up didn’t say a single word which was awkward. The beach was smelly and trash everywhere, especially at the site where we took a break for no apparently reason. Too expensive compared to the value provided. For the photo package they asked $100 which is absurd. Photos should be included for the price of the tour per person.

I was so looking forward to this as it was my birthday. Genuinely shocked to see the condition of these horses. One was lame and limping. Several were actually bleeding under saddle. Mouth pieces did not fit properly. These horses are under nourished and looked terrible. I was very upset by this. The boys in the office were quite rude and dismissive. I went to see tui rep after but couldn't find her. I feel tui has some responsibility to the animals welfare as they are making money from cruelty

Horses are well trained, calm and know the route. It was a great experience!

The ride was only an hour long & not the specified time of two hours. If you are expecting to ride on white sands you will be disappointed. The beach is full of stinking seaweed, discarded bottles and litter from the tourist boats causing trip hazards for the horses. The staff were friendly and helpful.
