Coco Bongo

Guide was great, staff at Coco Bongo not so friendly and poor service with drinks. Paid extra for gold seats, which were really cramped and to include unlimited drinks but service was so slow we didnt get our moneys worth. Had to go the bar ourselves which they didnt like in order to get a drink. A good experience, entertainment was good but service not good. Transport there and back reliable.

Te venden una experiencia muy diferente “un show” a la realidad. Lo sobre venden, por lo tanto no hay control de seguridad, de movimiento, tienes las personas encima tuyo a pesar de que compramos las taquillas más caras “front row”. No te dan a escoger los snacks, te traen lo que les da la gana y las bebidas no son premium. Es un fraude total.

We were given snack vouchers with our tickets but when we went into the venue, the ink had rubbed off and we were refused food. I found this ridiculous. we had the standard ticket meaning there was no lower ticket that would come with no food. Why would anyone spend £68 to enter a venue to steal chips and a burger?! The venue was incredibly overcrowded and the first hour was claustrophobi but as the night went on the drinks because easier to get it was a good night. the music is incredibly dated

Over priced massively and disorganised when collecting the tickets - the guide on the bus wasn’t particularly helpful other than to point where to go. Staff in the venue were brilliant but for the money it’s better spent on a different experience in Dominican

Fabulous evening

I got 2 gold tickets for my partners birthday (she wanted to go so bad, and I was apprehensive as what I'd seen online and not being one for crowds). We got there no problem and having the gold tickets helped us jump the queue. We were given a table on the outside and drinks straight away. Once inside we were directed by staff to the top balcony with a great view. The show was great! Light show, dancers and high wire acts, all to great music. Quick tip, tip the waiter and you'll never go dry!
