The staff are ignorant and not nice at all, getting laughed at wasn’t very nice, the amount of money you have to pay for something to eat and it’s terrible, through the whole day out of 20 staff we met I would say 2 of them were friendly and helpful

This is a luxury water park, it’s got tiered entry to keep basic and lux customers separate. This deal came with free food and drink which was good. They prevent you from taking water into the park and they don’t have water fountains or free water which is problematic. Lockers cost $10 dollars for a small one which is a lot. Slides are fun, there are approx 7 water slides and a nice lazy river and zip line. A lot of walking around. Would not say good for young kids. Younger kids area was closed.

Waterpark that good, we booked again. TUI sorted transport, food also included well worth the money

There was a bit of the park that was out of service. It would be great if there were more water slides as there are only 5.
