Overall it was a really good experience, we had a great time the ATV with Thomas was an experience. The food option was delicious. The scared river was beautiful and the lagoon, lastly the jungle river(lazy river) was relaxing after hiking to the scared river. Letting people know in the future what clothes to bring would be helpful but overall it was a good time!

Really enjoyed Sacred River, Jungle lazy river, swimming in the lagoon and waterfall pool. Didn’t do any of the other activities. Went on a Monday. Not too busy. Very nice lunch included. The park is high quality in terms of design, respect to the environment and good customer service.

Only thing we didn’t like was the lack of information we were given. There should be more clear instructions about which activities to do and when and how the process works for the transfer pick up on the way back.

Overall, the experience was just okay. It would help people to know how much walking is actually required to get to everything in the park, and that water shoes are REQUIRED due to the rocky surfaces on the floor of the rivers and cenote. Also, please don't call it a cenote- it's not at all. It's manmade and 5 feet deep. The water is pretty cool. We also witnessed a staff member dumping out a mop bucket of dirty water (from the bathroom???) into the lazy river. That is disgusting.
