The lounge was excellent. Would definitely recommend it. Only downside it is on the wrong side of passport control. We left as it was announced the gate was open for our flight which meant by the time you had joined the queue they were already saying last call for our flight.

Had to leave as wasn’t accommodating at all with a bit allergy even though I stated it on the booking! Had to leave!

As it's only £33 I thought I'd save plus free WiFi etc. The TUI representative told me to go after passport control but did seem a bit confused. I went through then was told I'd missed it and they wouldn't let me back through as my passport was stamped now. I'm now sat with one drink which cost me 10€ and no food plus poor WIFI!! ????

Room was clean with pleasant staff food and drinks good. The ONLY issue is passport control is after the lounge. It took over an hour to get to the departure lounge there were only 3 customs officials stamping passports.

A little more choice of hot food would be nice
