The lounge was excellent. Would definitely recommend it. Only downside it is on the wrong side of passport control. We left as it was announced the gate was open for our flight which meant by the time you had joined the queue they were already saying last call for our flight.

Had to leave as wasn’t accommodating at all with a bit allergy even though I stated it on the booking! Had to leave!

I'm so angry as I travel with you a couple of times each year to Rhodes and this year for the first time I thought I'd treat myself to the executive lounge. As it's only £33 I thought I'd save plus free WiFi etc. The TUI representative told me to go after passport control but did seem a bit confused. I went through then was told I'd missed it and they wouldn't let me back through as my passport was stamped now. I'm now sat with one drink which cost me 10€ and no food plus poor WIFI!! ????

A little more choice of hot food would be nice

It’s a shame the clientele were not a courteous as the staff as they believe their baggage deserved their own seats. The staff handle the matter in a very professional way.
