Hippo Submarine Cruise in Lindos with Navarone Bay Swim

It was really lovely for the family’s to go for a swim. We would rather have a boat with someone telling us about the island. Good experience.

I enjoyed seeing more of the island and seeing my family have a good time.

We told staff we would like glass bottom boat trip. We are on honeymoon, no kids with us! We got there and it was full of young kids. To see underwater you had to go down stairs into a very hot and stuffy room. With screaming kids! The sub stopped twice for a swim. Both times 40 min. Yet the stop was less 400 yards apart. We were told it was along coast stopping at coves and a bay. This wasn’t case. Great for families not for us! Really disappointed

Felt once onboard there was no explanation or things around of what is happening or info. I understand this is a,submarine and to see fish but nothing to explain where we are, seeing site or landmarks. Felt once on the boat that was it. Bits of info was good and supplied when boarded for how it will look and feel but that was it. Swim stops were good but bit short.

Great trip, lovely scenery, a well stocked bar and very attentive staff, who were brilliant with the kids.

My daughter has a severe peanut allergy and straight away a member of the boat crew removed all the nut items from the onboard shop. All the crew were very friendly and always onhand for any assistance. The boat trip itself was fantastic, views were incredible and the swim stops were excellent! The views from below deck were spectacular and had both my kids fully engaged with the underwater surroundings. A great experience for my family making great memories!
