Coco Bongo

The pick up was late which in turn meant we didn’t get into coco bongos till 8.40pm missing the start of the show. We paid for gold seats however there was only one seating area remaining extremely high in a corner. No warning in the height if the seating. We asked to move lower and they moved us to sit in the bar service area. There were 6 of us and the best they could give us was 4 seats and a small round table. Two of the guests had to stand in the entrance to the toilets. More info available

Overall extremely poor experience from start to finish. Unorganised, poor communication and direction, ushered into an overbooked event with concerns regarding safety and general conditions. No direction for where to obtain tickets, sent to 3 different queues. Massive queue outside caused delays entering once event had already started. Compacted into a corridor people crushing to have a view when not in main arena area. Disgraceful service, nobody could answer any concerns. Waste of money!!!!!

I paid $140 Canadian and I was only there for five minutes and I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I had a medical emergency. And no one helped me get a refund and denied me. what I experience.

Very expensive

Extremely expensive and CocoBongo is now basically a video show of Spanish artists and girls partially dressed strutting their butts. Service for Front Row was terrible and instructions to get the coach back really poor in terms of of location. Very disappointing all round

We really enjoyed our night out at Coco bongo it was soooooooo amazing great sound and the lighting was great plus the show was really spectacular so was really great experience for us both.
