We were made to feel very welcome and total vip brilliant experience

Very comfortable surroundings, staff very pleasant and informative.Quickly through security

Lots of comfy seating, aircon! Staff very attentive couldn’t be more helpful. We were escorted through security which was good, but would have been nice if we could be taken to gate so we can board. So relaxing sitting in lounge then suddenly plunged in to extremely busy two gate room where we couldn’t sit or move.

Sepwrate check in desk, guided tour of lounge, tge staff spoke perfect english, really friendly, highly recommend

Really quick to get through the airport however the food wasn’t great for kids

Food very limited choice lack of communication from staff we had to ask to be taken to gate/security . Last time we used was a better communication experience
