    Food very limited choice lack of communication from staff we had to ask to be taken to gate/security . Last time we used was a better communication experience

    The instructions were not clear, all lounges are usually after passport control. We went through to be told they were the other side and we couldn't go back. This was not clear in instructions. There was no rep at our hotel, and no info of their visit shared with us on app We were also dropped off by TUI at 5.10pm, and we were called to gate at 6pm so even if we had got in we would have had no time to enjoy it. I would like a full refund please

    There was very limited selection of food. We didn’t have long there before we were escorted out as the lounge is before you go through security. The staff there were lovely though.

    very limited food and most of it was previous days possibly because it was very early. I chose the lounge for fast access but as it is not based airside you still required to queue for security and passport control

    Food choice very poor. Coffee machines & WiFi not working consistently. Not met at check-in (as previously). Escorted down to flight in large group of people on different flights…all passports taken causing significant delay at passport control as officials could not see individuals; would have been MUCH quicker to go through individually. Then told to join the massive queue to get into gate. Overall, extremely poor value. Used lounge before & Service deteriorated. Very poor value.

    Lots of comfy seating, aircon! Staff very attentive couldn’t be more helpful. We were escorted through security which was good, but would have been nice if we could be taken to gate so we can board. So relaxing sitting in lounge then suddenly plunged in to extremely busy two gate room where we couldn’t sit or move.
