The chance to see sea life in their natural habitat was great. However, with so many people on board, I felt we paid a lot to struggle for places to see the sea life properly. If you weren't quick enough you couldn't get a good view

Transfer was great, staff were amazing. Checking in on my daughter when she was worried due to rhe waves. Sea can be very rough here but plenty of seating. Toilets available on the boats as well as food, drink and toys. Only downside was as soon as whales had been observed for a short while we headed back. Underwater platform has side widows rather than a glass floor.

We saw lots of whales and dolphins. Crew very professional Would advise sea sickness tablets to be taken though as 2 members of our group were very sick and it ruined their experience

We had a fabulous time on this trip, the transfer arrived on the exact time stared and the trip overall was brilliantly run! We even saw a flying fish!

The only problem was the times stated for the trip. Tui stated 09:45 sailing so be there 30mins before. We were there at 09:15 as advised. We didn't board until 10:00 and didn't sail until 10:45. Most other people didn't arrive until after 10:00 so they well knew what time the sailing was, but, obviously Tui got it wrong! We needn't have rushed as we did.
