So it was a tour of the volcano which included the cable car. We were lucky it was running that day. Dislikes - picked up at 7:30am took until 11:40am to get to the cable car, various stops for pickups, toilet and 1 photo opportunity. 20 mins queue for cable car. Allowed 1 hour at the top. Back on coach 1pm. Dropped back at hotel 2:30pm. Too long on the coach. Likes - the views from the top of the volcano, the commentary on the coach. Would have been better off private taxi and back to Volcano.

Cable car was bit cramped with the number of people on it. A bit of a scramble getting on as people wanted to get the best view. The view at the top was spectacular. however it would have been better if there was a guide at the top to take us on a route suitable for the time we had. We went to the famous rocks which have been before so if the cable car hadn’t been running it would not worth going. So there is a risk within trip as often the cable car does not run Part refund will be offered

Second year in a row when the cable car isn't working, this trip was a total scam! And I wasn't refunded

Guide and coach drivers excellent. The Guide, Alex, was friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Speaking in a total of three languages, he ensured all tourists were kept informed.

This was very good!! My only criticism is there was not any monitoring of attendees at the top of the cable car. Altitude sickness can effect anyone unexpectedly. My partner felt dizzy and unsteady at the highest point and so would have appreciated someone to ask for advice. Other than that it was a wonderful trip . Truly unforgettable

Our guide was amazing, very knowledgeable and informative. The park is stunning. Unfortunately the cable car wasn’t running due to high winds- however, this didn’t worry us too much as the scenery remains to be quite breathtaking.
