Dear TUI Team, I would like to share my positive feedback about my recent holiday in Guía de Isora, Tenerife. From the beginning to the end, everything was perfectly organized without any delays. The TUI staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding - always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a lovely surrounding area. Excellent trip to see other parts of the island and particularly the Teide volcano. Pick up early and on time. The guide was informative too, commenting on things we passed by to give us a more fulfilling day. We got there just before the main crowds which was excellent as it enabled us to get the cable car to the top with hardly any waiting. Views and landscape were amazing and thoroughly enjoyable.

Die Reiseleiterin Beatriz hat uns sehr gut, freundlich und lustig informiert. Alles verlief gut organisiert und entspannt. Die Busfahrerin Annabel fuhr toll! Für die Tui-App wünsche ich mir eine Korrektur: Die Buchung ging realiter mit der Seilbahn bis 3550m + dann zum Roques de Garcia. Das war für uns wunderbar, aber auch überraschend, denn Letzteres steht nicht in der App. Die Wahl zw. Pico/ Gipfel oder Roques de Garcia zu stellen wäre super.
