It got cancelled on the evening and I have asked for a refund and not received it yet

Unfortunately the show did not go ahead due to some ducting falling from the ceiling an hour before it was due to start . This was no fault of the organisers or staff. Totally understood why they decided to cancel the show. We are now trying to get a refund

We enjoyed the show from start to finish. Amazing! Incredible, talented musicians. It was very well put together. We arrived at around 7.50pm to a queue but they start to let you into the venue at around 8pm. There were lots of seats so no need to panic. Staff were so friendly, great organisation for refreshments, good prices. The show was honestly fantastic! Great atmosphere. Some people have seen this 8+ times which tells you all you need to know! We loved it and so glad we booked it!
