This trip is one not to be missed, the views are fantastic and the tour guide very knowledgeable (and funny if you get Frank!). A fabulous day out and back in time to chill by the pool for a couple of hours!

We were not picked up for our tour, even though we was early at our meeting point and waited 25 minutes after. Very disappointed and upset to have missed this. Contacted TUI, who investigated and gave me a full refund. Ended up booking another trip the day after, with a company offering the same type of tour, which was more expensive but worth every penny

Well, in general all good, Teide and Maska are very beautiful, but, why did we waste 1h in stupid cafe, for no reason, and we had only 30 min for Maska. And we had a lot of small stops.... Which did not make any sense, truth be told... We could have more time in Teide national park, and just walk there, instead of had small stops... I would suggest to improve this excursion...

The vehicle that we travelled in was uncomfortable and hard to get in and out. To get in or out of the vehicle there was no steps which would have been a help as it is very high up (about 2ft+ high). When inside there was such a large consule which reached the back seat so the person in the middle sat spread legged and squashed, the roof was on so this made it more awkward to sit and get out. I would say the seat was for a child not a adult.. (i think the vehicle was called a Granderlier )
