This sailboat cruise of Thassos takes in some of the best sights the island has to offer. You'll set sail passing by secluded bays, untouched coves and rugged cliffs, before reaching some of Thassos' highlight beaches. A tasty snack will be served, as well as the chance to take a dip in the calm waters.

This is a great boat trip but is not a sailing trip. We didn’t have a sail out once. The skipper said that the wind needs to be in the right direction, I have a good amount of experience with sailing and this is not the case as you can tack or jibe, disappointing as I have never motored for a whole sailing trip. If it was advertised as a boat trip then yes this is great. It just needs to be clear with someone with a passion for sailing this is not what you are getting.

Only disappointment was that we booked for the Friday and we weren’t told by TUI that it has been changed to Saturday, so we got up early and down to the port and we’re waiting around. Thankfully the staff of Thassos sailing were really helpful and managed to find out what had happened for us. I wouldn’t book an excursion in advance again.
