On arrival at the airport, please make your way to the departures terminal in the main building. Once inside, you'll need to head to the handling agent's office, SkyServ, found opposite check-in desks 12 and 13. SkyServ will assist you with your fast-track check-in and will escort you through security to the VIP lounge.
There are no bathrooms inside the VIP lounge
Opening hours of the VIP lounge are 06:00 to 22:00
Pets are not permitted in the VIP Lounge

Really good service, we were whisked past all the check-in and security queues much to the chagrin of other people queuing! We were settled in the VIP lounge within 10 minutes of arriving. Good selection of food and drink available. Only downside was that we were told to go to the wrong gate number by the member of staff in the VIP lounge.

The whole VIP experience was excellent, so much easier and stress free compared to the normal check in , especially at the Crete airport as it’s chaotic in there

The guiding through check in etc. was priceless. the lounge itself was clean and welcoming, our only criticism is the lack of a toilet, but that wouldn't stop me using it again in the future.

When we arrived at the airport I was very happy we booked the lounge, the airport is horrendous, but the lounge was clean, good food & cool, the only criticism I would have is that it should have its own toilets

Super Sache, um um schnell am Check-In und der Sicherheitskontrolle am völlig überlasteten Flugplatz Heraklion vorbeizukommen. Im VIP-Bereich ist ein Sitzplatz zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit garantiert, Getränke und klienr Imbis im Preis inkludiert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen !

Beim Swiss-Schalter dauerte es sehr lange bis wir 1. überhaupt zum Schalter kamen, weil die Leute bis auf die Straße standen und kein Verständnis hatten, daß man vorging. 2. dauerte es sehr lange bis ein Mitarbeiter die VIP- Buchung bearbeitet hat, dann ging es zügig zur VIP-Lounge.
