On arrival at the airport, please make your way to the TUI Airport Representatives at the mobile meeting-point desk located outside the departures area. They, along with the handling agent, will assist with your fast-track check-in. The handling agent will then escort you through security and accompany you to the lounge.
There are no bathrooms inside the VIP lounge
Opening hours of the VIP lounge are 06:00 to 22:00
Pets are not permitted in the VIP Lounge

The food snack options could be better, rolls were quite bland and fillings minimal. Shame there isn’t toilet’s within the lounge experience

It's was so easy, after locating the meeting point at one of the departures doors outside (some people say it's tricky but you just need to check other spaces and not expect them to come to you) they glide you through security and straight into the lounge. The lounge is very clean, helpful day, plenty of cold and hot drinks and alcohol. The sandwiches were lovely and they even got me some gluten free ones. The kids loved the cakes and cookies. WiFi worked perfectly as did the air conditioning

Well worth the money as it was ten minutes from getting of the coach to sitting down in the lounge missing all the questions for checking in and the security checks . Definitely would book again. Would be great if available at other airports. We fully enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and then accompanied to passport control when our flight home was in and the departure gate was announced.

Worth every penny. I was sceptical at first but I shouldn't have been concerned. Heraklion airport is old a tired , with queues everywhere. This experience by- passed all of those. We were escorted from the front door all the way through to the departure gate. Each queue we come to we, were taken straight yo the front, and there were many queues. Great service. Don't tell everyone one though. Keep it to yourself!
