We waited too long outside for help with our cases. We we're queueing at every turn. The food was very poor. Not worth £10 each nevermind £50 each.

We didn't know what to do at the VIP lounge with regard to going to passport control but we soon found out from staff there.

We enjoyed the experience and would definitely use it again it, it would be nice to have more food choices though.

Loved the fact that we didn’t have to wait at all. Straight to the front of the queue for check in and the same at security. Little disappointed with the lack of choice of food in the lounge. At the very least they should provide more snacks. Crisps, crackers and the like..

Absolutely worth every penny as Heraklion airport is sheer chaos, this experience reduced all the stress. The only improvement could be the snacks in the lounge could be better and for them to turn off the awful music they play.

Super fast and organised experience but the actual lounge was very full and some tables had reserved signs on them so seating was a temporary issue
