The coach pick up to port and return was excellent, very helpful staff. When we got off the ferry many went on coaches for tour of island. We walked along promenade and realised we had 7 hours before returning. In the heat we just found cafes with shade/air con etc. I felt it could’ve been half day and I’m not sure I saw the offer of an added coach tour - may have just not seen it. Overall it was good. It was same price as down by port (sans bus) but that did have an open ticket, thanks

Not happy about the detials given.. We missed the transfer going because it was not clear where the bus stopped. We walked to a different bus stop. The transfer We found out on way back was a long walk from our hotel. I did put our hotel in the booking.. Apart from that the ferry was ok & nice visit to Fuerventura, transfer back was ok...

This was not an "experience". It was a taxi across the water. We walked further to the hotel than we drove to the ferry but seems to have costed 14 euro more per person compared with the other "experience" (without transfer). There was no communication from the rep whatsoever no knowledge of the "experience". Poor from start to finish. We were the last to be picked up and the last to be dropped off. Had we have known we would have walked the 7 mins to the hotel but no communication and rep left
