Wir hätten uns im Vorfeld einen Hinweis gewünscht, dass man nicht mit dem Onlineticket auf das Boot kommt, sondern erst an den Schalter muss, um dieses in ein anderes Ticket umzutauschen.

Hela upplevelsen var överlag 10/10! De som jobbade på båten var öppna och härliga, och de som ville fick testa att styra båten. Däremot tycker vi att informationen innan vart i Puerto Rico båten går ifrån var otydlig och efter mycket googlande hittade vi ett ställe där en glas flore båt skulle gå ifrån - detta visade sig vara fel och att vi var i fel hamn. Tiderna hem för båten fick man väll på då dessa inte stod i beskrivningen innan

The experience was grand, but the operator did not understand the Combo ticket. I travelled to one port & returned but was denied travel to the second because they said I had only booked travel to ONE port! I had to return to the rep and have her telephone Lineas Blue Ferry company & explain my combination ticket should have been valid for BOTH ports. instead if which iI had to return on another day to do the other port at a cost if time & travel expense.
