Fantastic trip with great staff. The only thing I’d change is slightly less people on the trip, it was hard to get a good view of everything.

Collected from near the hotel and once in Puerto Rico we were met and taken to the bus and subsequently returned at the end. Very friendly service. Jennifer was on the microphone and was very informative and so excited when we saw whales and dolphins - explaining the type etc.

Very efficient pick up and drop off. Lovely experience and we got to see several groups of dolphins after only a short time on the water. Friendly Crew who were able to give my Son sick bags when he needed them, as part of the journey was quite up and down.
