The excursion itself was enjoyable and Placido was a good and friendly guide. However, halfway through the tour I was told I had to return by bus or taxi, despite my TUI confirmation clearly stating that pick-up AND drop-off were included. My hotel was 25 km away. Even after showing the email, the owner continued to dispute this. After a lengthy and sometimes heated discussion, he finally agreed to take me back. The transfer van was also dirty inside and had no air conditioning.

All vehicles have a manual transmission (manual gearbox)
