Setting sail from Benalmadena, you can head out into open water, hoping to see dolphins playing or feeding in the distance. Both bottlenose and common varieties call this place home and your knowledgeable captains know just where to head.

You'll have plenty of space to top up your tan on the open deck or get some shade indoors. And, if you're sailing during summer, once your captain has found the idyllic spot, you'll be able to jump in the water for a refreshing swim.

You make your own way to the marina on the local bus no. 120 right outside the hotel cost 1.75 euros each. Once you're there go to the booth and book in and get your tickets. When you board your boat and start to sail the crew comes around and checks to see everyone is OK he told us it's about 30 minutes to get to the dolphins as they have a boat already spotting them. When we arrived they did not let us down it was fantastic. Well worth the 20 euros same price if you booked direct or with tui.
