After booking this trip on Tui app 9 months ago , on the day of the trip we paid 20 Euros each way to get to Balademina to board the boat ,we enquired at the cruise operator booth where to board only to be told there wasn't any boats going out due to choppy waters further out . So we returned back to our hotel in Feungorola , we spoke to the Tui rep that evening only to be told she couldn't help because we didn't book through her ,Finally tui agreed to refund trip only
