Everything was amazing. Diego the guide was fantastic, explained everything clearly and the trip was amazing. One small thing about the purchasing of pictures - the photographs were $100 but 2 seconds later tried to sell them with $80 to someone. That's very unfair and pictures are a rip off. Just to make people aware.

Wow!, we have just returned from the most incredible experience. Our guides absolutely made our trip, so warm friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make our day so memorable as a family. Very well organised. Food was delicious. The snorkeling was epic!, we saw tutles sharks sting rays starfish and tons of different fish! Thankyou for a incredible day!

The trip involved 4 hours on a dingy without shade, although long sleeve vests were offered. The 30+ min trip out to the snorkelling sites was a bumpy ride .There were 3 snorkel trips but the first one in open ocean really needed fins but not provided. There was no beach visit. The staff on board were friendly and helpful but no staff member greeted us after the ferry ride back. The snorkelling was ok - saw turtles, stingrays and some fish & starfish but not colourful fish & coral.

Picked up and dropped off at a shopping centre 1 hr wasted ,walk to ferry then off ferry to a boat 1hr wasted ,nearly drowned on the first stop(seriously with no lie) lucky my wife is a lifeguard-no safety swimmers or boat to save me-captain too busy on his phone to notice! no visit to beach bar ,taken back to port then blackmailed into tipping -left on the shore to "shop" for more than and hour soaking wet and dressed to snorkel!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF TOUR ,I cannot believe that TUI arrange this

Jonathan (the tour guide ) was brilliant and kept everyone informed of what was happening throughout the trip and looked out for everyone in the water in terms of safety etc. Their were not many stingrays in the bay at the time we were there and the visibility was poor in the stingray bay but this is nature and not a fault of the tour…..::other than this it was a brilliant trip and we loved having lunch in the sea :)
