Overall, the service we received was good, and the guides at the pyramids were excellent. However, the guide who accompanied us from the hotel to the transfer was extremely disappointing. His name is Jesus, and unfortunately, his attitude was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This interaction significantly detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Jesus did not explain to us that the bus provided was only a temporary form of transportation and he lost the paperwork then was a delay.
