This tour runs at different times throughout the day, but the experience is the same whether you head out early or later on
The Full Experience has several departure times starting from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, while the Plus Experience departs at 10:00 am. All departure times depend on availability
Snorkelling is a complimentary activity and may be cancelled if the weather doesn't cooperate. Please note that children under 10 years and adults over 60 years old aren't permitted to take part in the snorkelling
For sun protection, please wear rash guard. The use of suncream is avoided on this tour
Sun lounger chairs at the beachclub are subject to availablity
Drinks are not included during free time on the island
The Plus Experience is as well available as Adults only option with DJ on board from Wednesday to Sunday with departure at 10am

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience with TUI. The most frustrating thing was that the aircraft was operated by TUI itself, yet there was no way to charge my phone on board. On top of that, our flight was delayed by three hours. We had to wait at the airport for an additional three hours, and even at the airport there was no convenient way to charge my phone. After waiting for three hours, we then boarded the TUI aircraft for an 11-hour flight, but there were still no power

The catamaran staff were very friendly and professional.. They were very attentive to our needs. Everyone was reserved and quiet in the beginning, but we turned it into a party boat when there was a birthday to celebrate. The time was well spent in Le Mujeres. We rented golf carts and ate authentic tacos. A fun time was held by all. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Everything was excellent except for transportation. Picked up at hotel and not enough seats on van and driver didn’t make an effort to address issue. My daughter had to sit on my wife’s lap which was uncomfortable. Ydalia and Hugo were great!!!
