The taxi we pre paid did not turn up, after extensive phone calls to reception when the ONLY person to phone back was the Tui Rep a replacement taxi was sent 45 mins late. The overseas phone calls will be charges to my mobile bill above my plan. I then had to also pay for this taxi and was promised a full refund for both taxis which I have NOT received, only a partial refund for the second taxi The restaurant refused to move our reservation which was for the 60th birthday celebrat

We didn’t get to do 2 swims or stop off anywhere due to the ankor braking our coach on the way home then broke down for an hour. Feel like we should be compensated due to not completing the activities we paid for
