The lady from Tui was more concerned about herself she gave no information but laid at the back of the boat. I was told that he was her day off and she wanted to see Dubrovnik but if you take guests then she should have been professional/informative. It would of been nice to have some history/told where to go

Free time in Dubrovnik - operator could have provided maps or a commentary on the boat. Some info about the landmarks or the history of the places we were passing. Very little cost involved but big benefit for the clients about to spend 3 hours in a beautiful city - in the dark.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, polite, always willing to help, joined in and could not fault them. The hotel was spotless! Room when cleaned daily, and the grounds were amazing. Tui reps were also very helpful and welcoming. All round amazing holiday.
