Private turtle watching experience in Sal

An amazing experience, we were fortunate to not just watch one turtle for some time, but also saw several others leaving and arriving at the beach. We benefitted from an almost full moon and if you have some flexibility in when you make the trip I would recommend maximising moonlight. The description of the excursion seems to have now been updated to say you need dark clothes - this was missing from my information and it is important to take note of this.

This was one of the most magical experiences we've ever had. From the moment we were picked up, everything was perfectly organized. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about turtles, and made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the night. The glamping tent was such a beautiful surprise, cozy and added a special touch of hospitality. And the highlight? We witnessed a turtle come ashore and lay her eggs, just a few meters away from us. It was emotional and unforgettable.
