On arrival at the airport, please make your way to the TUI Airport Representatives at the mobile meeting-point desk located outside the departures area. They, along with the handling agent, will assist with your fast-track check-in. The handling agent will then escort you through security and accompany you to the lounge.
There are no bathrooms inside the VIP lounge
Opening hours of the VIP lounge are 06:00 to 22:00
Pets are not permitted in the VIP Lounge

It was an amazing service in what is one of the worst airports I have ever been in. The lounge is great and the fast track service is amazing

The VIP service and lounge was a brilliant desicion for us, we have three young children and the ease of being taken straight through the airport and into the lounge took so much stress off the journey and kept the children happy. Once we where in the lounge the staff where very friendly and helpful, we also had a choice of drink as and food. We would definitely book this again.

2 hours in the lounge would be better than 1.5 in case of delays. There were no toilets in the lounge, which we knew beforehand but felt like we couldn’t leave and come back again because of how busy the airport was. The service itself to skip baggage, security and passport queues was well worth the money. I think people thought we must have been high profile people or celebrities!

We paid £96 for a non existent lounge. It was shut. TUI staff unavailable at the airport to resolve our problem. Consequently we had to buy a cold drink at the airport a d as we were hungry, expecting to have something to eat in the lounge, we spent £19.30 on the plane. We want our money back. The experience means we will not be returning to Heraklion airport. We loved our hotel and was planning to return next year. We will not be.

The staff apparently made an announcement for our flight but didn’t hear it, I went to the toilet so might have been then as toilet not in theVIP lounge and my cousin I travelled with was deaf and the screens didn’t say what was going on!

A very friendly, efficient and professional service was presented by all the members of staff from the greeting of the transfer bus to check in desk and porter who saw us through security to the VIP lounge. Where we were also greeted with a friendly member of staff and offered a vast selection of refreshments, comfortable seating, air conditioning and WiFi. Before boarding plenty of notice was given and another friendly member of staff escorted us to our gate. A very stress free service .
