Food and drink offerings were good, cleanliness and layout was also good. Being frog matched through the airport like a sprint, not great. Getting about 30 mins in the lounge and then getting moved to the gate an hour early, not great. We had need up sitting on the floor outside the gate for an hour before It boarded. The plane was on time, thankfully. Pointless expense if you’re just going to dump guests to gate to wait.

Very easy throughout - the Tui rep organised the airport staff and we went through baggage drop and hand luggage scanning extremely quickly. Then escorted to the lounge who were expecting us with reserved seats. It would have been helpful if we had been told we would be collected from the lounge when our flight was boarding and escorted through passport control as we thought we had to do this ourselves, so it was a (nice) surprise when this happened.

We enjoyed our experience the staff were efficient and lovely. The food wasn’t anything to write home about with the fillings being a bit war, lettuce limp. Donuts were fabulous 😊

We valued being chaperoned from arrival all the way to passport control and the departure gate. Previous experiences at Heraklion Airport have been very poor but being being taken 1-1 along the whole process, escorted to the head of the baggage check-in queue and avoiding all the crowds was extremely valuable. Only downside was in the sky lounge the vegetarian snacks were poor, the dessert ingredients weren't marked and there are no toilets. That would not stop us using the service again though.

The whole service from the time we got off the coach to the lounge was easy and swift and took no more than 20 minutes. We quickly had our luggage checked in and went through security bypassing all queues. In the lounge were cold snacks and an excellent choice of drinks. The coffee was really nice. Lounge staff helpful and very friendly. When we were due to go to the gate, we were again taken by staff to security. Great service. The lounge could do with some hot snacks.
