We were mis sold this trip. We just wanted to visit Corfu town. It too 1.45 minutes to get there the castle was closed and then we were told the bus would pick us up at 9.30 when the rep said it would be 8. My nephew who is 8 and autistic has his routine so we had to pay 90 euros for a taxi to get us home because the bus was too late. I felt we were just making up the numbers. We were very disappointed and won’t be booking any future trips with TUI. The bus didn’t arrive back at the hotel

Trip very good however when I tried to book online I had problems I got ad far as payment page for 2 of us 31 euros each, we then waited for the rep so we could book and pay at resort where we were charged 35 euros each, I questioned this to be told the day transfer was 31 however this came up as 25 online ! So no definitely not value for money as next door were offering the same for 25 euros each

The coach for our old town visit was very punctual both there and back. The information provided about the return pick up was very clear. The journey took about an hour and a quarter each way. At €35 it was about half the price of a taxi.

Good trip, pick up was 3.15pm, arrived in Corfu town around 4.30pm. We were to be back at the bus for 9.30pm, giving us around 5 hours,we found this was a bit too long, 8.30pm would have been a better time to head back. We also found the same trip a bit cheaper in one of the excursions shops on sidari, we paid €35 but could have got the same trip for €20

we arrived in corfu town after collecting everyone else a little after 5 so museums etc weren’t open we had 4 &1/2 hours to explore but most of the shops etc closed around 8.30 Maybe a brief overview o. the sight explaining pick ups from other hotels and a brief rundown of what to expect in ths town

We were mis sold this trip. We just wanted to visit Corfu town.
