Inside, you've access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks, as well as selected alcoholic beverages. What's more, there's access to TV, magazines and newspapers too, allowing you to relax right up to take off.

The desk was not staffed on arrival so we had to join the usual check in / security queue; this had been a large reason for us paying for the lounge as on previous visits it saved us loads of time standing around. The lounge had no wine or crisps. We were told it was because the license for alcohol hadn't come through yet. So, in reality we paid £52 each for a sandwich and some pop 🤬

Didn't have a personal service, was rushing to pick up bags, shoes in security to keep up with the other group, my bread was stale and hard I don't eat meat or fish so only had 1 option which was very meagre, a price of cheese only covered a quarter of the cob. no vegan options, no hot food, no red carpet will not be using again for over priced. Over rated service

Check in desk, staff pleasant, but printers for tickets not functioning, therefore delay. Escort staff to Passport control\VIP lounge did not appear to have correct security \admission pass as not permitted to enter without security escort, thus causing further delay. All staff lovely, and good facility, just need a few tweaks here. Improvement on doing passport checks before entering lounge, making it easier when time to board.

Very good value for money. Very peaceful Away from all the crowds. A little disappointed there was no one on the VIP desk when we arrived and had to ask someone to book us in once this was done the lady said she would get someone to come and get us, we waited only to be to.d that we had to go through security and then we would see the lounge a little different to last year.

I have submitted a complaint as the whole package was miss sold we got nothing in which we should have this should be taken off as an offer to TUI passengers and I want a full refund otherwise I will be taking this further

Last time we were offer hot toasted sadwiches not this time, but did,nt take away from our experience
