Just how quickly we got to the lounge

The overall experience was enjoyed. The only small downside was that we didn't have any opportunity to visit the duty free shops before being escorted to the flight gate for departure.

Having to walk along the queue made us feel like we were jumping the queue as people wouldn’t have known we had paid for the extra service. The person taking us through was very good The lounge was very good but the food was a little limited in choice. Overall the VIP service was good value for money and we would use it again.

A little disappointed there was no one on the VIP desk when we arrived and had to ask someone to book us in once this was done the lady said she would get someone to come and get us, we waited only to be to.d that we had to go through security and then we would see the lounge a little different to last year.
