Food, music and show-stopping entertainment come together for a night at Sala Scala. NOMAD, a journey to the origins, tells the story of the influences that have shaped the Canary Islands, bringing European, African and American culture to the stage through music, dance and acrobatics.
The cultural journey continues at the table with a themed three-course dinner. You'll start with a European-inspired dish, followed by an African main course and an American dessert, with each course tying into the story unfolding on stage.
