I went for traditional, but this went a little to far. Never any mention of VERY steep stairs, totally lethal with wet feet, changing in what looked like someone's front room. Having more guests arrive and come in while you have your massage. The lady who did my treatments was excellent, but the buliding the surroundings are not good at all. Disappointed that Tui would recommend this

The pick-up arrived on time and it was safe and secure. Dropped us off and picked us up on time. The massage was lovely however - there was 4 of us in the room together 2 of which we didn’t know. Which is fine. But the people massaging us were laughing and talking which made me personally feel very insecure and uncomfortable as you could clearly tell it was about us.

No obligation to buy anything. Very relaxed and chilled experience. Absolutely amazing, highly recommend ??

The experience was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. One of the best massages we've ever had and great value for money. As we booked through the app it could have been a bit clearer what kind of transport to expect to take us for our treatment as well as indicating the potential need for cash if you wanted to purchase anything afterwards. That being said there was no hard sell of products at the end, thoroughly recommend it and would go again.
