Cable cart experience itself was ok, clean, efficient and well organised! The castle was interesting the guide knew his information! The oil shop was long, time consuming and 90% of the coach was waiting outside in the sun waiting for one family to barter, we asked twice to leave, as we could walk to the souk, our guide Richard (Raphael) got annoyed with us. The souk was as expected! Richard’s attitude changed completely when we asked to leave the oil shop, he crossed the line to rude!

I feel we could’ve have gotten longer in the souk than we did. I thought an hour be long enough but it wasn’t. Tour guide Richard was amazing, knowledgable and entertaining.

Cable car was a good experience but just going to the top and not actually looking at anything else other than the wall is disappointing. Guide was very good and funny. Souk was good and glad we had a guide to take us there. Driver was also lovely.

Rashid was amazing! He made the trip so enjoyable. The cable cars were great, we enjoyed the views at the top and Rashid took a nice picture of my daughter and I on her phone. We loved stopping at the Aloe shop before the Souk and Rashid gave us some great advice on the Souk

Overall experience was great. The rep. In our hotel Christian lovely man ,explained very well the whole process in advance. Rasheed the tour guide was brilliant kept us all on the tour entertained, giving us relevant knowledge along the way. Cable car journey was very comfortable beside me being terrified of heights . The whole family enjoyed the tour
