I originally booked to be collected from the hotel at 15.30. However I decided to ask the TUI rep at the hotel if it was possible to change the time to be collected later. This was confirmed and we arrived aoutside the hotel I. Plenty of time , there was no rep at hotel to ask what had happened as we waited half and hour and no transport. I no help from TUI the hotel security lent me his phone ! The rep had not o LH changed the time but also the DATE !! This ruined the experience and holiday
