The atv was brill. Did not appreciate them scaring you into taking extra insurance Worst part. Our driver fell asleep on the highway in the morning and just woke up intime. He did the same on the way home and as my partner screamed he woke up but it was too late and he smashed into the central reservation. This could have killed all of us on the trip

The guide Samantha was excellent, she was clear on all safety precautions and what the experience was going to entail. Samantha ensured the whole group was kept together. The food afterwards was very good too. Both transfer drivers were polite more so the initial collection driver Benni who made us feel welcome, including offering water.

I enjoyed the snorkeling, the cave, and zip lining. The ATV route is set up very rough and dangerous. Some staff weren’t friendly at all. The store shop charged me card twice for an item $50 and wouldn’t give me the item saying the charge didn’t go through. Lastly, I didn’t receive ANY of my go pro videos and pictures even though I paid for it. Experience was nice.. people are a scam.
