You'll see colourful macaws, friendly snakes and playful monkeys, as well as learn about their natural behaviours from a knowledgeable guide. Plus, you'll find out about the sanctuary's conservation efforts – it's a great way for kids to understand why supporting these animals is so important. There are some exciting extras you can add to this tour for an extra fee too, like a swim in a cenote or snorkelling with tuirtles. Just a heads-up, transport isn't included in this tour.

We had an amazing experience, staff were all fab. Tje only disappointment was the wait for transport back to our resort, was about 1.5 hours and we altered all tired from the snorkeling and walking round the sanctuary but I would definitely recommend

Our guide was brilliant, friendly and informative. The monkey interactions were great. Despite buying the bug spray in the shop it doesn't work at all, we left eaten alive and we didn't know that on arrival it would cost another £50 to pay taxes and for the minibus so good job we took money to something we thought had all been paid for ... The extra costs made this quite an expensive few hours

Was an amazing experience! Definitely worth the money. Our tour guide was brilliant. Her name was Kary (sorry if name is spelt wrong :) ) she had very good knowledge and could see she had good passion with what she does for work. Kary answered all of our questions and ensured we were safe the whole way through the tour. Thank you for the amazing experience for our honeymoon.

Le moins c’est qu’ils sont venus nous chercher une heure plus tard que prévu. Pour le reste c’est une expérience unique avec un super guide Eimos passionné. Heureusement qu’il existe des endroits comme ça et avec des gens qui ont un grand cœur pour les animaux.

Het blijft een soort dierentuin, maar deze staat wel in een mooi natuurgebied. Leuke rondleiding, gids Sixto wist op elke vraag het antwoord en was zelf ook begaan/betrokken bij de dieren. Gaf eerlijke antwoorden op alle vragen. Ik vond het een prachtige plek, mooie mensen die heel goed werk doen. Ga hier zeker naartoe! want het reservaat heeft de steun van de bezoekers hard nodig!
