Jose was the main reason why our experience was so great! He was extremely knowledgable about the history of the places we visited which really enhanced our visit. He ran across the entire park to retrieve something for us that we forgot in the van. He made us feel safe and welcome througout the trip, and he was super funny the whole way through. Please give this man a raise!

I loved how patient the water guide Carlos Daniel was. He explained the safety precautions very thoroughly and made sure that we all understood what was expected of us. He really took his time overall making it immersive for all that participated.
