Puerto Maya jungle tour

I waited in the lobby of my hotel for 45 minutes. Literally sat at the entrance of the hotel. No one texted, called or looked for me. 20 mins AFTER they had left they reached out to “find” me. Lesson learned. Trust, I was hyper vigilant about not missing another shuttle.

The guide manas was excellent he helped one of the Americans who couldn't swim. Amazing time very professional 👏 👌

Pick up was nearly 20mins late. Appreciate the tipping culture but keep being told they don’t get paid unless you tip. Don’t like the hard sell from just about everyone involved. People from other countries may be more used to it but not the uk. Otherwise, loved the speedboat experience and the snorkelling over the reef.

The speedboats were great and our guide Brian was great too

We enjoyed all of it. Besides the little speed, boats and snorkeling which we were looking for, the Mayan experience was an extra special bonus. Our guides were great.

I wouldn't say jungle more like a quick walk through trees . The speed boat ride was great though never having done one before it was a bit daunting but fun
