Coco Bongo Cancun ticket

I loved the location of the front row seats we were sitting directly in the centre of the row so had the best view possible. Additionally the staff were very attentive, always ensuring your drinks were refilled. The only part I didn't enjoy was it was very hot as there was no aircon. Besides that it was by far the best experience I have had at coco bongos.

pricing many people from our hotel did not book with TUI and got much cheaper and better service. Served twice by staff, who got drinks wrong and had to chase them to serve our party in end went to bar ourselves to be served. Don't believe served branded drinks, anything mixed with cola just tasted like straight cola. Seating confusing as staff squeezed us into corner slot after trying to separate party. Food consisted of a under cooked mini burger and 6 fries, 2 of party didn't even get that.

Enjoyed the show, however, food of very poor quality and service very slow and difficult to get waiters attention. Paid for premium drinks package which was not the case, as drinks where not branded. Out of 4 of us 2 got burgers and 2 didn't. Both burgers received were not cooked thoroughly. In general didn't feel we got anywhere near value for money.

The show itself was amazing but very poor service and customer care, we were put in a corridor having been told to get there for 8 and pre show drinks. Premium drinks were beer only and we were told we had front row seats but were up on a balcony up above the show. Not impressed by the service and the food was terrible, dry and barely warm chips and hot dog. Overpriced and not the experience we paid for.

We were told to queue up ready to go in instead of being allowed access to the bar as a gold member. Was not told we would be waiting nearly an hour before being let in to the building. Just stood around and waited for the actual line to form

The show was fabulous and we really did enjoy it. The snack was ok. I did think the quality of the drinks was very poor as I understood we would have branded drinks with the front seat tickets we purchased however, what we received was terrible which is a shame. Also the shot cam wasn’t available to us on our level & was only available to those in the standing area which was strange. When they came to our seats with shots they expected us to pay 6USD which I thought was rather a cheek
