Important: This experience is not available for children under 8 years old, people with heart conditions, lung conditions, asthma, ear diseases, or recent surgeries. Upon arrival at the location, minors will be assessed to ensure they meet the minimum height and shoulder width requirements. The age suggestion for children is based on the dimensions and weight of the equipment: 32 kg (70 lbs) out of the water and 7 kg (15 lbs) underwater.

For safety reasons you are not allowed to enter the habitat with cameras, mobile phones or any type of audiovisual device, however photos and videos of your experience are available to buy

Prices of photos from the experience costs just as much if not more than the swim itself. Thoroughly enjoyed but found that to be very pricey seeing as you’re not aloud to take any photos yourself

I didn’t like the price to start. I think it was not worth it. And they don’t allow to take pictures at the aquarium and the packages they offer for the photo shoots are too expensive.

The dolphin experience was excellent and the staff told us everything we wanted to know We had more time than I thought and lots of interaction We was dropped a few hundred yards from the venue and told where to go so wasn’t to bad to find They then try and sell you photos but quite expensive so we said we will leave it. He then dropped the price by half just like that. So watch out for this if you go. But overall a very enjoyable experience

The cost of the photos are exorbitant. Nearly $300 for photos on top of your dolphin experience package. Our sales person named Gorgenia from Destination Services told us its $40 per photo but no, they only offer packages and the per photo price is actually $57 ea. The stuffed animals they sell in the gift shop are minimum $20USD for a 5 inch stuffy. The dolphin experience itself was amazing.

Constantly reminded we got the most basic package and were in the pool at the same time as others that got to stay longer and do more things
