We never went on the trip due to the agent threatening and intimidating my wife. She asked if they would have car seats for the kids and they refused to provide them. He then stood up and verbally threatened my wife.

Primo, the guide, was excellent, knowledgeable and entertaining. Alex, the driver, was lovely and we all felt well looked after and safe. The schedule was perfect. Just the right amount of time at each location. Would highly recommend!

Wow!! It was an amazing experience. Truly was educational and the main highlight of our vacation. Our guide primo was a wealth of knowledge, with history facts and currents events. Very impressed with the tour and experience!!!!

Really enjoyed the guide‘s good humor and personality. He made the long car ride pass by quickly with his chats and information presentations. The guides presentation and information was the best part besides the chichen itza. The cenote was nice, the food was fine! Just wasn’t refilled as things were emptying, and some food items remained empty.

Primo and Luis were wonderful. Very informative. I felt like when I was at both sites I knew what I was looking at rather than fumbling around. It was clear that Primo was proud of his Mayan heritage and that made the experience all the more meaningful for me and my family. Especially in today's day and age when things seem disconnected and ephemeral, this experience was both visceral and intellectual. I am looking forward to returning to all three places. Want to revisit Valladolid !!!!
