I can say that we were not impressed. After paying nearly £300 for me and my girlfriend to be toured around chichen itza nearly a month in advance to our holiday, we were let down. The coach arrived on the morning and around 10 minutes into the journey we were told by our guide that we would not be going to chichen itza el castillo (main selling point of excursion). This was due to 2 tourists climbing up the pyramid a week before hand. TUI did not inform us about this. I would like reimbursing.

We never went on the trip due to the agent threatening and intimidating my wife. She asked if they would have car seats for the kids and they refused to provide them. He then stood up and verbally threatened my wife.

Primo, the guide, was excellent, knowledgeable and entertaining. Alex, the driver, was lovely and we all felt well looked after and safe. The schedule was perfect. Just the right amount of time at each location. Would highly recommend!
