Catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres from Cancún and Playa del Carmen

The trip to the isle of mujeres was great,the boat was great, snorkelling was great the beach was amazing so clear the island was lovely went to the ruins and had a drink in the bar beach buggies were great. The trip back was ok it seemed to take ages I would have preferred a stop for 10 minutes in the water to cool down it was really hot but overall the day was fantastic and would definitely recommend.

It is and it is not worth. Nice to change if staying at Hotels zone. Only after entering the boat, we’ve been told that only kids of 10+ years old can go for snorkeling, which was somehow devastating to our 5 years old kid; that had her birthday the same day. Isla Mujeres is a nice place to visit, we had one of staff members joining us in the golf cart to give us as much information as possible for an 1 hour drive.

Small catamaran no safty on board loud music and staff shouting on microphone so loud you couldn’t understand Snorkelling was bad taken to a shop to spend money no instructions for times to leave had to ask Food was ok but restaurant was defo cheap bad no facilities About 12 subbed for loads of groups As long as you spend money with them you were treated well otherwise you were ignored Don’t bother with this trip not what I call an catamaran experience

The trip was cancelled due to bad weather and we were told we would have automatic refund. This was on Thursday we flew back on the Friday night and arrived home on Saturday and have had no communication or refund

Great day, excellent crew members who were such fun

No marked vehicle on pick up. No "luxury" catarman. Beach club was dirty and food inedible. Rushed. Taken to a jewelery store to be sold too. Constantly harassed by "uncle" at market stalls. Felt uneasy unsafe. No seat belt on transport back. I have made a complaint. I want a refund. Shocking trip.
