The rep who sold us the the excursion needs to be more informative. We asked for ATV that went by water and not mountain although she showed us the water option when she presented the second option mystic mountain she did not tell us it didn't go by water, it is EXTREMELY rugged and dhe omitted the15 minutes each way hanging from a wire to there even though I told her I don't do heights. It was really stressful. And clean rocks at the falls. Trip was cool but needs full disclosure ahead of time

Some members of staff went above a beyond, others were rude and asked for tips, following us back to our lockers when we said we didn’t have anything on us. The bobsleigh was out of service so we didn’t get to do this experience, again the staff, particularly female staff were rude surrounding this. Food included in the package was very average.

Compact park, not too big and has got 5 different activities. So can be done easily. The check in process was slow and the activities on the mountain were a little rushed as we needed to get back to the bus for Dunn’s river fall. The zip line was excellent.

Got there at 10am and needed to leave at 230pm. Didnt really get the chance to do all the activities. Not sure I would suggest doing unless e have a bit more time. Not worth the value.

TUI excursion operator at hotel didn’t tell us we needed driving licenses to go on the ATV but happily booked us on it!!!! I’m fuming
