We arrived at the location by our coach and were told on arrival they didn’t have our booking on the system. They then found it but tui had put the age of my son as 2 not 12 so that left another issue they had to rectify. We were sat over an hour before we were even allowed to enter the place. Once inside activities were a little impersonal and rushed

Always book excursions with the TUI Rep Tracy at the hotel she is amazing and really ensured we had the most amazing experience. Fabulous service she really listened to our needs.

I thought it was over priced for the availability of things to do. Way over crowded. They have too much of a crowd at one time. If I knew the availability I would have never spent the money!

Dag trip geboekt via TUI, ophaalpunt om 07:40 bij RIU Montego bay (dit kon ook bij ons eigen appartement, busje reed er voorbij, onnodig taxi kosten) wij stonden klaar om 07:15. Mochten niet in de Hotel Lobby wachten meerdere malen gevraagd, 09:00 was er nog niet, voelde ons ziek door de hitte en uiteindelijk om 09:15 meegereden met een random busje die naar de locatie ging. Info op voucher was onvolledig wbt voorschriften activiteiten. Nooit meer via deze weg boeken.

We gingen voor ATV / buggy en het was de slechste ooit, vorig jaar op kaap verdie had ik de beste ooit dit is mijn 10e ongeveer. Eerst heeeeel lang wachten en dan met slakkengang rond klein parcour. Ontbreekt aan mooie ligplekken. Toiletten wel goed en boottrip leuk.
