Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios regular tour

La partie nage avec les dauphins était sublime et les soigneurs qui nous guident parfaits mais le personnel de cabot cove étaient tous désagréable , sans aucune organisation , on nous laisse sans explication , on doit attendre alors que le parc est vide et on perds un temps fou ce qui empêche de profiter des installations prévues avant ou après les dauphins Personne au comptoir pour acheter un souvenir à notre sortie Animaux non visible ( lapins ?????)

On first arrival the place looked unkept but once the staff arrived to tidy up it was much more inviting.

Excellent spent with the dolphins. Felt ripped off how much was charged for the photos (£168.00 in Sterling as well as paying for the trip which was 100.00 each). Could have provided refreshments with our meal. Not enough time spent in the park due to an accident which was no one’s fault.

Booked via the Tui app to be told the pick up time on app was incorrect and we missed the excursion that day. However we did get booked on for the following day. Very rushed when we were there, didn’t manage to see most of the attractions as we were waiting to be allocated our group for dolphin encounter for over 45 mins!

In the booking it states we were to receive a welcome drink and a photo package. However upon arrival we were told that the photos would be $65 American dollars each and they were not included in the booking price. Also we did not receive a welcome drink and were charged $10 American dollars for the drinks. Very disappointed as we hadn't taken a huge amount of money to the excursion so therefore we were unable to purchase photographs.

Wonderful experience. Guides excellent. Photography well done but far too expensive. Should have been half the puce. Visit to iguana and love birds incredible with amazing staff. Lunch absolutely disgusting with no choice. Ended up not eating it.
