We were told the pickup would be in hotel reception. Turns out we should have been waiting outside on the road. Other people in our hotel got a text message to tell them pickup was changed. I rang uk to be told we had probably missed it and could offer another date. Then bus driver rang me and we said we were coming as we got to road he was driving off but waited. When we got on bus he wasnt very happy with us at all and it totally spoilt the trip for the 4 of us

The coach driver drove quite erratically and didn’t seem to know where the pick ups were. It did seem quite expensive for what we received.

Fab experience, lovely host, lush wine. Came home with a few bottles to drink at home.

Only driver on bus, no Tui guide, tickets/vouchers not checked, only surname asked for. Driver dropped us at winery early and staff there were still setting up as they had been harvesting the vines until just before arrival. No one really knew what to do. Once the tasting and tour officially started it was fantastic. Host was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Wine and food was amazing. Family run business that we were glad we were able to support/buy wine from.
