Greeted at Heraklion Airport's departure terminal, the VIP service sees you sail through check-in and security with our fast track pass – giving you more time to take advantage of the comfortable VIP lounge and all its benefits.

Inside, you've access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks, as well as selected alcoholic beverages too. What's more, there's unlimited free Wi-Fi and access to TV, magazines and newspapers, allowing you to relax right up to take off.

Good customer service but the food section in the lounge was very poor

Money well spent.Wizzed through check in and security and taken to the lounge. Not particularly impressed by the lounge . Drinks although in fridges were warm and food was just about ok. It was worth it though just for the air conditioning. Would definitely consider using in the future.

I feel this was worth every penny, being escorted from the outside of the airport and fast tracked through check-in / bag drop and security leaving plenty of time to sit in the very plush lounge for a good hour or so really helps to reduce travel stress. They offered decent snacks and drinks as well

The lounge was an oasis of calm and the service available was very good although the food choice was a little limited to just rolls, sweet doughnuts & muffins. The drink choice was very good. We were glad to have booked. Lounge name was also different to the paperwork which is confusing.

We used the Heraklion lounge. The food on offer was average, drinks choice was good and there were comfy chairs in a quiet environment. We were told we would be escorted to our gate through priority passport control but no one turned up. Would not use again. Felt it was very expensive .

Die Mitarbeiter haben ihre Arbeit gut gemacht. Der Flughafen und auch die Lounge sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Mandatory fields that you must fill in order to book include full names of all passengers and ages of travelling children, flight details, hotel name and number of baggage items
Please note, lounge is only accessible two hours prior to departure and you're able to stay for up to 90 minutes
Transfer service from your hotel to the airport is not included
On arrival, look out for TUI Airport Reps located outside of departure area
There are no bathrooms inside the VIP lounge
Opening hours of the VIP lounge are 07:00 to 22:00
Pets are not permitted in the VIP Lounge
