Ik kreeg plots een email dat mijn activiteit niet op het geplande uur kon doorgaan. Ik betaald teveel voor mijn ticket want ik boekte via tuin Belgium en dat is EU en betaalde voor een ticket niet EU burger.

Der Veranstalter hat den Beginn der Besichtigung mehrfach auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verschoben und wir haben die gebuchte Besichtigung nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Stornierung der Tickets war nicht möglich. Wir haben uns direkt beim Louvre Ticketverkauf neue Tickets gekauft und sind damit in den Louvre gegangen.
